Herbie - The Love Bug

The iconic 1963 Volkswagen Beetle from the 1969 movie, "The Love Bug". This was 1:24 scale model kit by Revell. The year, make and model were not exact to the 1963 original bug but either way a fun project to make. Also, couldn't resist adding the custom-made racing tires and ragtop to match.

Maribelle's Farm Stand Delivery Truck

1979 Suzuki ST30 Carry Panel Van. This was a special request. The kit was by Aoshima. The fruit, veggies and details were made from resin. A one-of-a-kind project made for a one-of-a-kind someone.

Little Mule - Pepé

1982 Ford Bronco driven by Juan (Alfonso Arau) in the 1984 blockbuster movie, "Romancing the Stone", starring Michael Douglas, Danny DeVito and Kathleen Turner. This was a 1:24 scale Ford Bronco 4x4 kit by Monogram with some custom modifications.

Renault 4L

Another classic from the movie Romancing the Stone. A 1972 Renault 4L driven by Ralph (Danny DeVito). The last time you see this car in the movie it's going over the waterfall! This was a 1:24 scale Renault 4L model kit by Ebbro.

Poké Ball

For you Pokémon fans out there! The popular Pokémon Ball (Japanese: モンスターボールMonster Ball). The detail was incredible and very challenging to paint. Definitely worth the time though! It was made for a special someone out there!

Transformers

Another special project for someone special who enjoyed Transformers growing up. These were just some of their favorites: Soundwave, Ravage, Rumble, Frenzy, Laserbeak, Starscream and Megatron.

The models were printed in resin. The bases were printed in PLA (Polyactic acid) aka: thermoplastic polyester on a Creality CR-10.

Mad Max MFP Interceptor

1974 Ford Falcon XB from the epic film Mad Max, starring Mel Gibson, as Max Rockatansky "The Dark One", Main Force Patrol (MFP). This was a challenging project. This resin body was found on eBay. It didnt come as a complete kit. It needed custom stickers, windows and other details to complete it. Either way a fun and challenging project!
